What shipping provider do you use?
For all orders, we generally ship via USPS First Class Mail, but sometimes there are exceptions. Please contact us before placing your order if you need your package shipped via a certain carrier.

How long will it take you to process and ship my order?
Processing times vary depending on several factors, but can range from 1-5 business days. Production times are listed on individual items in the shop.

Once your order ships, domestic orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive, while international orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on your location.

Can I see a proof of my personalized artwork before you print it?
Absolutely! I am happy to provide a proof of your design after you purchase. Please add a note at checkout that you would like to see a proof before we print, and we will send one via email within 2 business days.

Do you take returns?
We happily accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items. Please contact us for instructions on how to do so. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, but please reach out to us if there is a problem with your order, and we do everything we can to make it right!

Do you offer framing?
We don’t, but all prints come in standard sizes so they easily fit into standard frame sizes. This also lets you find the perfect frame for your home!

Can you send a gift note?
Yes! Just enter your gift note text at checkout. Make sure to include your name so the recipient knows who their gift is from! We do not include pricing or buyer information on any packing materials.
